Naseem Hosseini

Attorney

Naseem is a passionate and versatile attorney who provides her clients with a wide range of legal options for resolving their disputes. Naseem has concentrated her practice in the areas of complex Family and Matrimonial Law including: divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities (formerly known as custody), parenting time (formerly known as visitation) child and spousal support, property distribution, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements. Although not a stranger to the courtroom, Naseem strongly believes that even the toughest divorce cases are best resolved by the parties through amicable settlement negotiations that preserve the integrity of the family through this difficult process.

Naseem received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University where she graduated Cum Laude. Naseem went on to receive her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law where she maintained herself on the Dean’s list for four consecutive semesters. Naseem began her legal career as an intern at the Cook County Public Guardian's Office in Chicago working with children involved in divorce and custody proceedings as their advocate. Thereafter, Naseem volunteered at the Domestic Violence Courthouse helping litigants with Orders of Protection and Stalking/No Contact Orders. Before joining McSwain Nagle Giese & Rapp, P.C., Naseem worked at mid-sized family law firms in Chicago both as a law clerk and associate attorney where she gained experience working with complex divorces and parentage matters.
